  • Dont expect perfection. If you aim for around 80% you will get great outcomes
  • make it measurable. List  5 things you want to every day and score yourself. 10 points just for starting and 10 points for execution.
  • Be accountable. No explanation needed. Be accountable to you and your coach. Don’t wait until race day to be exposed. Pull yourself up on lack of discipline early and get the benefits of that.
